Need to make an exchange or return?
To initiate an exchange or return, you must FIRST email us at hello@BrookeandEm.com for instructions.
You have 20 days from the date of the receipt to exchange or return your item.
Items that are marked as CLEARANCE, on SALE, or a DAILY DEAL are final sale and are not eligible for returns/refunds.
Items that have been worn or washed are not, under any circumstance, eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges: You have 20 days from the date of the receipt/invoice slip to exchange your item. If you are worried about the item selling out, you can buy the new item and return your 1st item for a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless you received the wrong item) and shipping costs to mail out the new item to you. Exchanged items must be returned in new, unused and unaltered condition. If we find any signs of wear or damage, we will notify you, and you can choose to have the item sent back to you upon your payment of shipping costs, otherwise we may discard of the item within 10 days of receiving the item and no refund/exchange will be issued.
Returns: You have 20 days from the date of receipt/invoice slip to return your item for a refund* of the item(s), minus the cost of shipping the item out to you. The item must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition -no signs of wear or damage. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is received after the 20 day policy the package will be returned to you. If the item is received and we find signs of wear or damage, we will notify you, and you can choose to have the item sent back to you upon your payment of shipping costs, otherwise we may discard of the item within 10 days of receiving the item and no refund will be issued.
All items MUST be sent back via USPS.
*In the case that you received free shipping and you would like to return the order for a refund, we will refund the amount minus the cost of shipping the items to you.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days to process the return, plus the amount of time it takes your financial institution to process the refund to your account.
Orders placed before or after a promotion are not eligible for price adjustments.
Currently, orders over $35 ship free to addresses within the Continental United States.
Orders are primarily shipped via USPS (occasionally UPS, if it ships quicker)
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 days for order fulfillment, and 2-3 days for shipping (continental US only). For orders placed on the weekend, they will be fulfilled the following Monday. This timeframe is an estimate only, and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages while in transit, you will need to contact USPS: 1-800-222-1811
Orders shipped outside of the US
You may have to pay taxes, duties or customs fees, etc. You are solely responsible for these fees, and will not be reimbursed for any reason.
